Our Masala Chai is a classic Indian spiced tea, handcrafted with love in Auroville. It’s a harmonious blend of strong CTC black tea and a medley of traditional spices—ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, clove, and star anise—offering a deep, warming, and aromatic experience with every sip.

Ingredients: Black Tea (CTC), Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Clove, Star Anise
Brewing Instructions:

Add 1½ heaped teaspoons of chai for 2 cups.

Use 1/3 water and 1/3 milk.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Strain and sweeten to taste.
