RETURNS:
ELIGIBILITY:
You may return eligible items within 5 days from the date of Delivery. This does not apply for furniture and final sale marked products.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
PROCESS:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@artisanacollective.com with your order number.
Include the invoice with your order number on the return package for efficient processing.
Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 5-6 working for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
EXCHANGES:

You may exchange eligible items within 5 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Include the invoice with your order number on the exchange package for efficient processing.

Specify the new item you would like to receive in exchange.
EXCHANGE PROCESSING:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you promptly.
If there is a price difference between the returned item and the new item, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment, depending on the circumstances.
EXCEPTIONS:
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Furniture, Art pieces, and Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 working days upon receipt for assistance.
