SHIPPING CHARGES ARE DETERMINED BY THREE PRIMARY FACTORS:
Your location, including the distance from South India to your shipping address.
Urgency of delivery, with options ranging from normal postal service to express post and courier shipping within India, and air mail for export orders.
The weight, quantity, and size of the products in your order.
During checkout, before finalizing your payment, you'll have the opportunity to review different shipping options and their associated costs, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment. Please also check your spam folder since these mails are computer generated.

REFUNDS FOR RETURNED ITEMS:

HANDLING DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and provide accompanying photos. We'll swiftly arrange for a replacement, and may request the return of the damaged item. Please note, certain items such as body care products and perishables must have their seal intact for replacement.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES:
Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to local import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for clarification on potential charges.
RETURN POLICY AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Within India, choose from regular Indian Postal Service, speed post, or courier shipping. For export orders, all parcels are shipped via Air Mail.

Most items are in stock with our suppliers and are typically shipped within four days of placing your order. However, made-to-order products may require up to 14 days for dispatch. Please refer to the additional information section on the product page for specific details.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:
For domestic orders within India, expect delivery within 3-7 working days, subject to the selected shipping method. International orders typically arrive within 10-21 days when shipped via registered air postal service. Please note that during peak seasons or rare occasions, registered parcels may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
Please note that any shipping fees associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LEAD TIMES:
